Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe small skillet over medium heat
